Eckart Witzigmann

When seventeen years young I joint The ” Restaurant Aubergine” in Munich as youngest member of the Team. I would not recommend to anybody to work at such a young age for this type of restaurant, as I could have learned much more if I would have been a little older. Never the less it was an amazing experience to work for and with the best chef of Germany at that time and later the Chef of the 20th century.
